Behind the Scenes - Nashville Vintage Fashion and Jewelry Show 2024

Starting this business somewhat accidentally has been a RIDE. Fueled by my love of fashion and the need for a creative outlet outside my very corporate 9-5, I dove in head first about 6 months ago. What started as reselling bags, has taken on a life of its own. I am so grateful to those who have lent an ear, let me bounce ideas off them, and jumped into help; I have so many fun things and new offerings planned for 2024. Up first... The Nashville Vintage Fashion and Jewelry Show!

When I decided to join the roster for the event, I was nearly frozen thinking about the pieces I wanted to present at my VERY FIRST vintage selling event. How did I want to represent my new business? How did I want to represent myself? How did I want to represent for Nashville as a local vendor? After mood boarding anything that felt representative of what sparked my love of fashion, something stood out to me...

I have always been inspired by the women I saw wear it first.  

Women both real and fictional, celebrities, and the women in my own life. Women who are so wholly themselves through fashion. Women whose style transcends decades, fads, and micro trends. Women who have empowered me to wear what I like, what makes me feel like me. (I've included some of these women and iconic ~lewks~ below)

So I got to work. I knew I wanted to offer both accessories and clothing that felt wearable and accessible. In this high-low (high-high? In this economy? No way) "collection" there is a focus on quality, timeless wardrobe staples alongside statement pieces and unexpected details throughout.
